Our dark chocolate ganache recipe is where it all started out. Heavy cream is heated up and poured on top of dark chocolate. This duo is thoroughly combined until the mixture has achieved it’s desired result. Dark chocolate shells are then hand piped with this truffle filling and capped off for your enjoyment.
